I was under the assumption that Coz would have help/co-workers to package and distribute items. Surely his employees wouldnt be under the instruction to substitute cheaper parts or randomly cheat them altogether irregardless of any fallout consequence. Or maybe its human nature to have the occasional mistakes and oversights happen all the time -
Despite my green "N" I've heard the past history/issues - (and I wont spiel on and add my 2c there) But all I will further add that Ive dealt with Coz numerous times, and Coz has always been willing to go out of his way to put things right for any of my own or club dealings.
